adblockdev@outlook.comSafari content blockers have to be switched on by iOS itself. Open the Settings app → Apps → Safari → Extensions, and turn on every AdWise item you see there. On older iOS versions the path is Settings → Safari → Content Blockers. After that, reload the page in Safari.
Blocking inside third-party apps works through the Firewall feature, which filters requests at the DNS level. Turn it on from the AdWise home screen. iOS will ask for permission to add a configuration — this is required for filtering to work.
The counter starts from the moment blocking is enabled and updates as you browse. If it stays at zero, check that the extensions are enabled in Safari settings as described above, then reopen AdWise.
Open the VPN tab, pick a country and tap the round button. The first time, iOS asks permission to add a VPN configuration — confirm it with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Without this permission iOS will not allow any VPN to run.
Some mobile networks and corporate Wi-Fi block the ports that VPN protocols use. Try another network — for example switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the other way around. If it connects on one network but not the other, the network is filtering the connection, not the app.
No. Our servers do not store connection logs, visited addresses or traffic contents. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Basic ad blocking in Safari and apps works without any payment, with no trial period and no account.
Open Settings inside AdWise and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select AdWise → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, otherwise the next period is charged.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but write to us and we will help you with the request.
Found a site where ads get through, or something is not working as it should? Send us the address of the page and a screenshot — that is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem and fix it.
