This policy explains what AdWise — Ad Blocker & VPN (the "App") collects, why, and what it does not collect. The App is published by ASKOR SIA ("we", "us"), a company registered in Latvia, European Union.

| Crash reports and diagnostic data | To find and fix crashes | Google Firebase Crashlytics |
| Purchase and subscription status | To unlock paid features and restore purchases | Apphud, Apple |
| Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking | To measure which advertising campaign an install came from | AppsFlyer, Apphud, Branch |
| Install source and referral link data | To know which link or campaign an install came from, and to open the right screen from a shared link | Branch |
| Device model, OS version, language, country, app version | Technical support and compatibility | Firebase, AppsFlyer, Apphud, Branch |
The App does not ask for and does not collect your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, calendar, health data, precise location or files.
On first launch iOS shows a system dialog asking whether the App may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, the App does not access your advertising identifier and no tracking takes place. Everything in the App keeps working exactly the same either way. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Blocking runs entirely on your device, using the content blocking mechanism built into iOS. Filter lists are downloaded from public sources, stored locally and applied by Safari itself. We never see which pages you open, and the App does not send your browsing history anywhere. The counter of blocked requests is stored on your device only.
When you connect to the VPN, your traffic is encrypted and routed through a server we operate. Specifically:
We may process aggregate, non-identifying technical metrics such as total server load, in order to keep the service running. These metrics cannot be linked to an individual user.
Paid features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple — we never see or receive your card details. We receive from Apple, through our subscription provider Apphud, only an anonymous receipt confirming whether a subscription is active, its type and its expiry date. This is used solely to unlock paid features on your devices and to restore purchases.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in the Settings app under your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
The services listed below process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:
Anonymous analytics and crash data are kept by the services above for as long as their own retention policies allow, typically up to 14 months, and then deleted automatically. Subscription status is kept for as long as the subscription is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law. VPN connection data is not retained at all, because it is not recorded in the first place.
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of your data. Since we do not hold accounts, the fastest way to exercise these rights is to write to adblockdev@outlook.com — include your device model and approximate install date so that we can locate the relevant records. We answer within 30 days.
You may also withdraw tracking consent at any time in iOS settings, and you may delete all locally stored data by removing the App from your device.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by equivalent safeguards offered by those providers.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify users inside the App. The current version is always available at this address.
